Plain-English rules for what Pay Dirt collects, why, and what we never do with it. Effective October 6, 2026.
Who we are
Pay Dirt ("we," "us") runs strikepaydirt.com and the Pay Dirt Prospecting System. We are based at 100 Professional Center Dr, Suite 105, Rohnert Park, CA 94928. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].
What we collect
- Info you give us. Your name, email, company, and anything you type into our chat, forms, or emails.
- Account and billing info. When you sign up, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card. We never see or store your full card number.
- Calls. Calls to our business line may be answered by an AI receptionist and may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up and improve service.
- Website data. Basic usage data like pages visited, browser type, and referring site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and follow up on your inquiry.
- To set up, bill, and support your account.
- To send emails you asked for or that relate to your account. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site secure and make it work better.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your personal information.
- We never share your phone number or contact info with third parties for their marketing.
- We do not send marketing text messages.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run Pay Dirt, such as our CRM and website platform (HighLevel/LeadConnector), our payment processor (Stripe), and our email provider. They may use your info only to provide services to us. We may also disclose info if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your info as long as you are a customer or as long as we need it to answer your inquiry, then delete it or keep only what the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal info we have about you. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we honor them for everyone. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your info. No system is perfect, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Kids
Pay Dirt is a business service. We do not knowingly collect info from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here and change the effective date above.
